HUMAN RIGHTS
We are making every effort to internalize the value of respecting human rights in our organizational activities and corporate operations.

We respect the human rights of all stakeholders related to the company, including our employees, and publicly declare our support for the human rights principles presented in the 'Universal Declaration of Human Rights' and the 'Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights' by the UN Human Rights Council.
We prohibit child labor and forced labor, and prevent unfair treatment due to discrimination based on nationality, race, gender, education, etc. We support diverse members with unique characteristics, such as women, foreigners, and people with disabilities, to fully demonstrate their abilities without disadvantage in hiring, promotion, compensation, and retirement systems. We strive to ensure that our policies are also upheld by our business partners.
We have various participation channels to prevent potential human rights violations during our management activities. Employees can express their opinions through the grievance committee, and stakeholders can do so via phone and online.
We will identify issues that require correction among the matters received through these channels and take sufficient corrective actions.
We will always respect human rights and act responsibly as a company that contributes to society, striving for a prosperous human society.
